“It’s time to prepare for Sonoma after a several week break in the IndyCar schedule. For me, that time included a trip to the Olympics in London and an exciting weekend driving in the NASCAR Nationwide Series in Montreal.

“I’m really looking forward to the race at Sonoma. It’s a challenging track but can allow you to be very quick if your car is capable. I really enjoy driving it.

“Off track, we’re in the home market of Barracuda Networks, so we’ll have lots of fun with that group. It’s also [wife] Bronte’s birthday on Saturday, so wine country will be the perfect place for her to celebrate.

“This weekend, our goal is to make sure we’re right there with the setup and speed. We’ve been in every Firestone Fast Six since Indianapolis so it would be great to keep the streak running. I think it will be intense during the first practice and our team is doing a great job so far. I’m very proud to be driving the No. 98 car for Barracuda Racing. If we accomplish our goals at Sonoma, I think we’ll have a great weekend.”
